As soon as I saw a friend who had one I had to have it! First of all it's an absolutely great flatiron leaving my locks straight, sleek, and smooth, saving me a lot of money having to run to the salon. This iron can play my favorite music for up to 2 hrs making the boring experience of styling my hair a lot of fun! Costumer service was also great and so was shipping.
